Terms of Use
CityAD Pro is owned by Jordi Blanch Carles (hereinafter referred to as the Service Provider), with NIF 40529800M and registered address at C/ Canal, 37, 17820 Banyoles, and provides the CityAD Pro Website and its related services in accordance with the terms established below.

CityAD Pro is an online service for managing informational screens. These terms set forth the rights and obligations of the user and the Service Provider.

The Service Provider will assume that any user of the service has read and accepted the terms of use. The Service Provider also reserves the right to update and modify these Terms of Use without prior notice. The latest version will always be available at www.cityadpro.com.

This agreement becomes effective on the date the user checks the acceptance box at the bottom of this document. Any new features that may be added to the Services will be subject to these Terms of Use. Continued use of the Service after any modifications implies acceptance of such changes. The most recent version of the Terms of Use is always available at: https://cityadpro.com/en/terminos-y-condiciones.

Violation of any of the Terms of Use may result in the termination of your account.

1. Account Terms
To access the service, users must be at least sixteen (16) years of age.

You must provide a full legal name, a valid email address, and any other information required by the Service Provider during the account creation process.

The user is responsible for providing truthful and accurate information. The Service Provider reserves the right to delete any account if the information is suspected to be false or violates any of CityAD Pro’s terms of use.

The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. The Service Provider is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from the user's failure to protect their login information.

Both parties agree to legally equate a handwritten signature with any key, code, or security element used for identification. Nevertheless, the Service Provider may, when deemed necessary, request a written confirmation from the client.

2. Types of Contracts
A paid CityAD Pro plan begins when the user enters their card details and completes their first payment. No refunds or reimbursements will be issued under any circumstances. Plan limitations are outlined in the pricing section at https://cityadpro.com/precios. If a user exceeds any plan limit, they must upgrade their subscription accordingly.

The Service Provider reserves the right to modify pricing unilaterally at any time, with no obligation to compensate users for changes.

3. Payment and Access
A valid credit or debit card is required to process payments. Creating or using a free account is not required. The Service Provider will charge a recurring fee based on the plan selected.

The Service is billed in advance per billing cycle and is non-refundable. No refunds or credits will be issued for partial months of service, or for unused service during an active subscription period. No exceptions will be made.

The customer agrees that confirmation of receipt of contract acceptance is not necessary if the agreement is made solely through electronic means.

In the event of non-payment or chargeback, the user will be notified of the breach and will automatically lose access to the Service. All data will be deleted within thirty (30) days from the date of breach.

All fees exclude applicable taxes or government charges. The user is responsible for paying such taxes or obligations. The user is responsible for determining who can access their account and with which role or permissions.

4. Changes to Services and Plans
The Service Provider reserves the right to modify or suspend the Service, temporarily or permanently, at any time and for any reason, with or without notice if deemed appropriate. The Service Provider also reserves the right to change subscription fees with 15 days’ notice. Notifications of fee changes will be posted on the CityAD Pro website and sent in writing.

5. Cancellation and Termination
Users are responsible for properly canceling their accounts. You can cancel your account at any time through the profile menu. Once canceled, all your content will be permanently deleted after thirty (30) days. Users may cancel their accounts at any time but are responsible for all charges incurred up to the cancellation date, including the full monthly fee for the month in which the service is canceled. No further charges will apply after that point. The Service Provider reserves the right to terminate any account or block access to the software for users who fail to comply with these Terms of Use.

6. Copyright and Intellectual Property
The Service Provider retains all Intellectual Property rights for any and all components of the Service that may be protected, including but not limited to the Service name, visual materials, any associated software, and user interface elements contained within the Service, as well as many of its individual features and related documentation. The user agrees not to copy, adapt, reproduce, distribute, reverse engineer, decompile, or disguise any part of the Service owned by the Service Provider. The user also agrees not to use robots, spiders, automated devices, or manual processes to monitor or copy any content of the Service. The Service Provider does not claim ownership of the Intellectual Property rights of any content the user uploads or provides through the Service. However, by using the Service to submit content, the user acknowledges and agrees that third parties may view and share that content.

General Terms

  • The user is entirely responsible for accessing and using CityAD Pro in compliance with applicable local and international laws, as well as principles of good faith, morality, customary practices, and public order. The user specifically commits to diligently observing these Terms of Use.
  • The user agrees not to resell, duplicate, reproduce, or exploit any part of the Service without explicit written consent from the Service Provider. The Service may not be used to store, host, or send harmful or unsolicited emails (spam).
  • The user understands that the Service may be used to transmit their content, and during this process, their content—including invoices, payment notices, and personal messages—may be transmitted unencrypted over the Internet. The user is strictly prohibited from using the Service to transmit any viruses, worms, or other malicious or harmful content.
  • The Service Provider does not guarantee: the user's ability to use the Service, their satisfaction with the Service, that the Service will be continuously available, error-free, or uninterrupted, the accuracy of calculations performed by the Service, or the correction of any errors.
  • Neither the Service Provider nor its partners or sponsors are responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Service. The sole remedy for user dissatisfaction is to stop using the Service and cancel the account.
  • If any of these terms are found to be invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining terms shall not be affected.

These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between the user and the Service Provider and supersede any prior agreements. The Terms, and the relationship between the user and the Service Provider, shall be governed by Spanish law. Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Girona to resolve any legal issues arising from the Terms.

8. Security and Privacy
Jordi Blanch Carles is duly registered with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD), complying with current regulations regarding the confidentiality and security of sensitive data.

User data entered into CityAD Pro is hosted on Ionos servers within the European Union, thus ensuring full compliance with EU data hosting regulations, and providing the highest levels of security and accessibility. The Service Provider and its staff have access to account data strictly for the purpose of improving the service and providing support. All employees and partners are bound by confidentiality agreements in compliance with privacy regulations, including GDPR.

Refund Policy
Monthly Subscriptions: If at any point during the first 15 days of using CityAD Pro you're not satisfied with the service, please contact us at support@cityadpro.com. We'll do our best to find a solution, and if that's not possible, we’ll provide you with a FULL REFUND and switch your account to the free plan.

Annual Subscriptions: CityAD Pro does not require annual subscriptions—we prefer to let you choose. In return for your commitment, we offer a significant discount on already competitive pricing. If you're not satisfied within 15 days of subscribing annually, just contact us at support@cityadpro.com and we will offer a FULL REFUND and downgrade your account to the free plan.

Subscription Renewals: To ensure uninterrupted service, subscriptions automatically renew until you choose to cancel. We understand that sometimes customers forget to cancel until after they’ve been charged. That’s why you can cancel your monthly or annual plan up to 7 business days after renewal, and we will still process a full refund.

Refund Exceptions: Refund requests will not be honored for users whose services were suspended or terminated due to violations of our Terms and Conditions.
