Data Collected by CityAD Pro
CityAD Pro collects all information entered into the application by the user and stores it on its own servers or those of its storage provider. As a Cloud-based service, server storage is a requirement for the application's functionality; thus, the user agrees to this condition.
CityAD Pro classifies the data into two categories: user data and account data. User data includes the user’s name and personal details, as well as photos or other documentation uploaded to the account information section and contact information. Account data refers to information related to the business account created by the user in any of its forms: Sole Proprietor, Civil Partnership, or Limited Company. This includes billing details, expenses, contacts, employees, and products.
Finally, CityAD Pro collects connection device data via cookies. Users may disable cookies in their browser if they do not wish CityAD Pro to collect such information. This data is used for analysis of browsing behavior, access to the application, and usage statistics. Navigation information may include device type and characteristics, location, and connection times.

All personal data obtained by CityAD Pro has been provided directly by the user. Our services provide various options for modifying and deleting your content. When using our services, we aim to give you access to your personal information. CityAD Pro has opted for outsourced storage to ensure that the provider meets the highest security standards—standards CityAD Pro could not achieve with in-house infrastructure.
We strive to protect CityAD Pro and our users from unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure, or destruction of the data we hold. In particular: We encrypt many of our services using SSL protocols. We review our policies regarding data collection, storage, and processing—including physical security measures—to prevent unauthorized access to our systems. We limit access to personal data to CityAD Pro contractors, agents, and employees who need the information to process it on our behalf and who are subject to strict contractual confidentiality obligations and may be disciplined or terminated if they fail to meet these obligations.
When This Privacy Policy Applies
Our Privacy Policy applies to all services offered by CityAD Pro, but excludes services governed by separate privacy policies that do not incorporate this Privacy Policy.
